This is one of the latest 1/24 scale vehicles in the Moulinsart/Hachette collaboration series. The Mercedes of the GUEPEOU aka OGPU appears on page 119 A2 of the new 2017 coloured edition of Tintin in the Land of the Soviets or page 23 of your black and white edition from 1999. Looks a comfortable car with curtains, Tintin and Snowy do not get to enjoy it very much though.
Presented in a Perspex case, with design on it to highlight the adventure, and a brochure in French and English.
